Hi! I’m so glad you’re here!  

Whether you’ve landed on the Epoch Event’s site for information regarding wedding coordinating, or you’re in search of additional knowledge on event planning, I encourage you to reach out, I’d love to chat and answer any questions you may have.  

But to start the conversation, I want to provide some insight and information regarding Epoch Events, what we’re all about and who we serve.  

Epoch Event Coordinating was formed from a passion for curating and enveloping the beauty every event was destined to hold. Myself, and the entire Epoch Events team, are grateful for the privilege of working with corporations during momentous occasions, brides and families as they honor a new chapter, and celebration within communities.

There is a very special place in my heart for engaged couples I work with. What a significant and remarkable point in anyone’s life! The opportunity to work side-by-side with couples who wish to bind their relationship within the covenant of marriage is such a privilege for me. And what a vital task and responsibility I hold dear, assisting with the peace of mind YOU deserve to have on one of the most special days of you and your significant other’s lives! 

For the do-it-yourselfers, the ‘Type A’ brides, or even the overwhelmed, ‘please-I-need-help' brides – I love helping each and every one. No matter what bride you are, I hope Epoch Events is a resource for you and an encouragement to embrace this season. Engagement flies by! And it’s easy to get lost in the stress and disruption of task lists that seem to never end, responsibilities forced upon you and choices requiring decisions made – not to mention, all of it within an extremely fast-paced environment!

And for those coordinating personal or corporate events, there is an art to creating a smooth and well-organized event that should not be taken lightly. From planning out a cohesive agenda, booking reliable vendors, reaching attendees, or simply ensuring you have enough garbage bags set out for guests at the event...every little detail can ultimately make or break the continuity and success of an event. Keeping your sanity deserves a gold medal! Oxford Languages English Dictionary defines the word epoch, pronounced /ˈepək/ as “a period of time in history or a person's life, typically one marked by notable events or particular characteristics.” And this is exactly where the name Epoch Events derived from.
