Designed for couples who are seeking less stress from start to finish on their wedding planning process. We dedicate ourselves to your big day, working with you for months or even years in advance to plan and structure your wedding. We’re centered around the logistics of success, from vendor referrals and contract negotiation, to site plans and vision boards. We make planning your wedding as seamless as possible. Epoch Events will work alongside you to plan everything from the broad-to-intricate details of your ideal wedding. 

Pre-Wedding Responsibilities  

  • Coordination and communication via phone, text and/or email  

  • Shareable document to begin logging notes, communications and event details 

  • Wedding checklist during planning process 

  • Wedding timeline outlining week-of wedding, rehearsal, ceremony and reception 

  • Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the budget 

  • Venue scouting (if requested) 

  • Vendor recommendations, contract reviews, bookings, tracking deposits/payment due dates and overall management 

  • Creation and execution of a design scheme/vision board 

  • General advice and consultation 

  • A minimum of four in-person pre-wedding consultations, with at least two meetings held at the event venue 

  • Assistance in ordering print materials (i.e. Save-the-dates, wedding invitations, etc.) 

  • Assistance in creation and design of wedding website 

  • Tracking of guest RSVP’s and head count 

  • Creation of rental placement map 

  • Creation of event floor plan and layout 

  • Distribution and communication of wedding day timeline to appropriate parties (I.e. wedding party, vendors, venue coordinator, officiant, etc.)  

  • Attendance of ceremony rehearsal 

Wedding Day Responsibilities  

  • Overall day-of event management, unlimited time on-site, and up to two assistants (dependent upon wedding guest list size), allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details 

  • Coordination of the wedding and reception set up per the event layout. Wedding couple must have a set up team for décor styling and décor set up, unless otherwise specified in agreed contract 

  • Setup of wedding accessories (such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.) 

  • Placement of table centerpieces  

  • Distribution of bouquets, pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers 

  • Primary point of contact for the couple, bridal party, guests and wedding vendors 

  • Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors 

  • Assisting wedding guests as needed 

  • Management of the wedding day schedule, ceremony & reception accordingly to the wedding timeline 

  • Providing a stocked emergency wedding kit 

  • Directing the ceremony processional 

  • Coordinate load-out. Wedding couple must have a breakdown-team in place for night-of and day-after wedding décor demobilization, unless otherwise specified in agreed contract  

À la Carte Additions  

Customize and build onto our Full Service Package with add-ons such as:  

  • Stuffing and sending save-the-dates and wedding invitations 

  • Procuring and delivering guest welcome bags 

  • Complete coordination & management of the Rehearsal Dinner and/or Post-Wedding Brunch 

*Price subject to increase with client request for customization of package – this includes but not limited to crew member assistance, additional hours or expedited wedding fee incurred if wedding is to be planned within 3 months or less.
